
Reservations
A non-refundable deposit of $200 (for Friday – Sunday rental) is required to reserve your date. (Booking deposits for Monday – Thursday vary depending on rental time.) Deposits are applied to the rental fee.
All remaining rental fees plus a $250 security deposit are due 90 days prior to the rental date.
Rehearsals
Couples having their ceremony on site at Renee’s will be allowed a one hour rehearsal at no charge. All rehearsals must be scheduled around other wedding and special events.
Outside Vendors
You are at liberty to bring in the vendors of your choice. Vendors such as florists, musicians, caterers and the like may begin setup prior to your event based on your rental agreement. Removal of the vendor’s equipment and items is required immediately following your event. Items and decorations may not be brought in prior to rental time.
Rental Fees
Monday – Friday (8 am— 5:00 pm) $150.00
Monday – Thursday (5:00 pm — midnight) $200.00
Friday (5:00 pm - midnight) $500.00
Saturday and Holidays (8 am – midnight) $800.00
Sunday (8 am – midnight) $500.00
